Summer School 2017

Preparing Students Through Summer Learning

When a student doesn’t meet the promotion standards for his or her grade, the family will receive a letter recommending that the student go to summer school. If you have a question about whether your child should attend summer school, please contact the principal at your child’s school. Click here for detailed information about Aldine ISD Academic Achievement, Retention and Promotion policies.

Families will receive summer school information such as registration, location and schedule from their child’s campus.

Summer school is a great opportunity for AISD students to regain credit for promotion or prepare for STAAR retesting.

Students attend summer school on a tuition-free basis.
