Aldine ISD to return to charging for lunches on Nov. 14

In 2014, Aldine ISD’s Child Nutrition Services Department (CNS) adopted the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), which eliminated the requirement of completing a meal application for free/reduced price lunch for its students. For the last two years, all students in Aldine ISD received free breakfast and lunch based on school eligibility and student data.

The grants announced Dec. 11 totaled $55,659.98. Over the last four years, AEF has awarded 35 teaching grants totaling $104,810.98.
